Navimow i2 AWD Robot Lawn Mower

It's the third robot mower we've had, and by far the best. We have a rather complicated lawn, odd shapes with about 20 beds/trees/bamboos in the middle; the grass is not very flat; one area has some slopes. The Navimow cuts it all very well. A few things could be better: (a) Automap did well - but not well enough, so I ended up mapping manually to avoid it slipping into beds or scraping wire fences; (b) once it didn't recharge, apparently stopping a couple of inches before making contact in the base station; (c) I'd like to be able to tell how often to start a cut (eg, every 3 days; every 10 days) rather than (or as well as) which days to work on.

Second week of use. Impressed with the cut quality. Very easy to set up, especially with no rtk antenna to use. I used the auto mapping facility which works to some extent. Only problem it drives too close to walls and hedges, so gets scrapes on the machine. Still cuts the grass fine and never gets stuck. Will delete map and try manual mapping. Otherwise no signal problems, never gets stuck and gives a really good cut without using my sit on for just under 500 M2. Always finds the charger. Would recommend.

The mower works extremely well, but it takes a lot trial and error to get the best out of the mower.

We have two zones, front and rear of house. The biggest issue is creating the corridors and if they are narrow there is a lot of googling required to have the best setting.

The finish on the grass is exceptional which is the-reason for buying the mower.

But you need to be tech savvy. If you have a large lawn and wide gaps for the mower to move between. The i208 awd is so easy to setup, but if you have small grass areas and narrow corridor paths like us, you need to be patient.

After a lot of searching of reviews and feedback from a friend I took the plunge of buying this machine. At £800 it was more than I wanted to pay but so far I have not been disappointed.
My three interconnected lawns only total 200m2 and the terrain of the larger lawn is only slightly challenging in terms of undulations and incline so it should more than cope.
So far the results have been good. The machine is robust and easy to set up and the app is very simple, intuitive and informative.
A couple of times the mower has returned to the dock for insufficient charge on the bigger lawn of 125m2 which is surprising and may be due to the random mowing direction which may not be the most efficient use of battery.
The mowing to the edge is not as close as I would hope and may need further tweaking yet to be and mowing in to the 90 degree corners has yet to be optimised so whilst not disappointed the final verdict is still open on this.

My lawn is an irregular shape, uneven and on a slope. Hard work, even with a power assisted petrol mower. A job I hated and so didn’t do often.

The AWD handles it with ease.

we had trouble positioning the garage but now we have got the hang of it we manage fine. We have 3 areas to mow but managed to map out each one.

I bought the i2 as it has All Wheel Drive, and I do not have a perfectly level lawn (who does). As we are now in a drought I have not really been able to give the mower any real work to do, but it doe dutifully cover the area and go home when needed.
The app is necessary, useful, but not that user friendly. You have to steer the mower around the lawn using the app for steering. This takes practice, but better by the 3rd attempt. Adding the "do not mow here" areas was easy. I does seem to avoid obstacles without head-butting them, which another brand used to do.
I have high hopes for it, but can't give it full marks yet

I am so happy with my Navimow very easy to get to grips with and it makes a beautiful job.
Quite fun just watching it do its job!!

Press Mow and off it goes.
5 star . If your lawn is under 500m2 this is a no brainer.

It’s a good little machine, had a bit of trouble with the mapping but eventually got the hang of it. Would recommend.

i208 AWD. Fantastic Mower - very happy. Easy to set up and use. Has so far been prefect.

Minus 1* because bolts for the garage were missing - definitely not in the box as I searched repeatedly. I contacted customer services but it seems my query has been brushed aside. Managed to find my own replacements but it should have been an easy fix.

Clever technology that makes set up and ongoing usage stress free.

So far so good. Not using the antenna and operating really well. Keeps the grass at good length. The initial mapping using the phone takes practice, but you can always go back and redraw the borders

So much more user friendly than my old perimeter wire mower

Quick start leaflet was of very little use. However the set up via the app worked very well. Also lots of video's on line.
A little tinkering with boundary's and zones but very happy overall.

Would be good if you designed next upgrade with servo self adjustment of cutting height
